1. What does SouqPack package?
SouqPack packages a wide range of packing and wrapping products – we package everything you need.
2. Where does SouqPack deliver?
SouqPack delivers across all cities in Saudi Arabia.
3. How can I create a SouqPack account?
- Go to the Sign Up page.
- Fill in your name, email address and a password (minimum 8 characters).
- Click Create Account.
You’re now part of the SouqPack family.
4. How do I see product specifications?
- Search for the product you’re interested in.
- Open the product page.
- Scroll to the Specification section or click the floating “Specification” button.
5. What can I see in my cart?
Your cart shows all products you added by clicking the Add to Cart button. You can open it using the cart icon at the top-right of the website.
6. How do I remove items from my cart?
- Click the cart icon to open your cart.
- On each item, use the Remove option to delete it from your cart.
7. How do I know the status of my order?
- Log in to your SouqPack account.
- Click the Orders tab.
- Check the status shown next to each product (click for more details).
8. How do I know when my order is accepted?
After you place an order, you receive an email and SMS confirmation with your order details and number, plus further updates as your order progresses.
9. How do I buy and check out on SouqPack?
- Browse products and open the one you want.
- Select quantity and click Add to Cart.
- Open your cart and click Secure Checkout.
- Log in or create a new account.
- Choose your delivery address and review your order.
- Click Place Order and verify your phone number if needed.
- For manufacturing requests, you can pay via bank transfer to the company bank account.
10. I haven’t received the order confirmation email. Can you resend it?
Automatic re-send is not available yet. Please:
- Check the inbox of the email used to place the order.
- Check your Spam/Junk folder.
If you still can’t find it, contact customer service at 0552222048 (KSA) or chat with us.
11. Are all the products new?
Yes. All products listed on SouqPack are brand-new and authentic. Some items may also include a seller warranty.
12. I don’t see any orders. Why?
Check that you’re logged into the correct SouqPack profile, then open the Orders tab.
13. What should I do if I have a problem with my ordered item?
Contact our customer service team at 0552222048 (KSA) or chat with us so we can help you.
14. Where can I see my orders?
Sign in to your SouqPack profile and click the Orders tab to view all successful orders.
15. How can I track my order?
Log in to your account and go to My Account > Orders. Each product shows its current status. You’ll also receive SMS and email updates as your order is shipped and goes out for delivery.
16. How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel while the order is in confirmation or preparing status by going to My Account > Orders and choosing the cancel option for that product.
17. Will I receive a confirmation phone call before delivery?
You’ll mainly receive SMS and email updates. We only call if any information needs additional verification.
18. What should I do if my payment is on hold?
Please send a scanned copy of a government-issued ID (e.g., Saudi National ID) to [email protected] for verification.
19. What is payment on hold?
Sometimes a successful payment is temporarily held in our system for security checks. Once verified, it is processed and your order continues as normal.
20. What are the payment options?
- Credit / Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX)
- Bank transfer to the SouqPack company account
