Return Policy
Return Conditions
The products must:
- Not have been used before.
- Be in their original condition and original packaging.
- Include all cards, tags, and accessories that came with the product.
Possibility of Returning and Replacement
For unprinted products, you must return the product within three (3) days of receiving it.
Reasons for Returning and Replacing
- Receiving the wrong product.
- Receiving a product that is not as described on the site.
- Receiving a product that is damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Products
You are not entitled to return or replace any of the following products:
- Products that have already been used, damaged, or have become different from the condition in which you received them.
- Consumable items that have been used or installed in something else.
- Products that are missing their serial number or where the serial number has been tampered with.
- Products that include any kind of printing on them.
- Non-returnable products for health reasons which were opened after delivery, or that have been mixed with other items after delivery.

How to Return
Defective or Incorrect Products
If the reason for returning is due to an error on our part (such as an error in product description, difference in size, design not approved by you, or any other mismatch with what is shown on our site), we will:
- Accept the return of the product.
- Bear the return shipping costs.
Other Cases
In all other cases, we will refund the value of the returnable product (excluding the original shipping fees). You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Orders Not Yet Delivered
For products that have not yet been delivered, you are entitled to cancel the purchase order if you have not received them.
Refund Procedures
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used, as follows:
- If you paid cash on delivery, we will refund the value to your electronic wallet.
- If you paid by credit/debit card or bank transfer, you can choose to:
- Return the amount to your card, or
- Place it in your electronic wallet.
Once we receive the returned product and it is checked at our customer goods preparation center, we will process your refund:
- If the amount is returned to your credit/debit card, this will be done within 30 days from the day we receive the product at our center.
- If you cancel the purchase order before the shipping date, the amount will be automatically returned to you.
