Registration Requirements as a Buyer

  • You must be legally old enough to purchase products in your country of residence.
  • You must provide a valid delivery address in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements for Sellers

  • Hold a legally registered trading company.
  • Have a valid business license.
  • Provide proof of authorization for individuals registering on behalf of companies.
  • Provide proof of identity and supporting bank statements.
  • Additional requirements may apply depending on product categories.

Registration may be rejected without explanation. We may also conduct verification procedures as needed.

Your Obligations

  • Maintain privacy and secure your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use.
  • Provide complete, accurate, and current information.
  • Not disclose user information to third parties except when required.
  • Cooperate with any eligibility verification requests.

You agree NOT to:

  • Publish inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content.
  • Publish content violating Islamic law, public order, or local values.

Total liability is limited to the lower of:

  • The disputed fees paid in the last 12 months
  • 300 SAR

We may suspend or terminate your access, cancel orders, or delete content at our discretion. Any payments made for canceled orders will be refunded.
